Cognitive (IQ) Assessment

For the identification of cognitive strengths and weaknesses, and if present, screening for giftedness.


What you will receive:

  • Access to an online platform to complete a comprehensive developmental history questionnaire.


  • Initial Assessment Consultation to understand the goals of your/your child's assessment, and review your/your child's social, emotional and developmental history.


  • Cognitive (IQ) Assessment - WPPSI-IV for children under 6 years old; WISC-V for children/adolescents between 6 and 16 years old; WAIS-IV for adolescents and young adults over 16 years of age.


  • Detailed Assessment Report with recommendations for home, and school (if applicable).


  • Parent/Client feedback session. This provides the opportunity to have the assessment results explained in plain language and ask any questions.

  • Cognitive (IQ) Assessment - WPPSI-IV for children under 6 years old; WISC-V for children/adolescents between 6 and 16 years old; WAIS-IV for adolescents and young adults over 16 years of age.


  • Adaptive Behaviour Assessment - Completion of the Vineland-3.


  • Detailed Assessment Report with recommendations for home, and school (if applicable).

Complete Academic Assessment

For the comprehensive identification of academic strengths and weaknesses across literacy, and numeracy. 


What you will receive:

  • Access to an online platform to complete a comprehensive developmental history questionnaire.


  • Initial Assessment Consultation to understand the goals of your/your child's assessment, and review your/your child's social, emotional and developmental history.


  • Psychoeducational Assessment - WIAT-III (Literacy and Numeracy) for clients aged 4 to 50 years old.

Specific Academic Assessment

For the specific identification of academic strengths and weaknesses across either literacy, or numeracy.

ADD/ADHD Assessment

For the screening of and, if present, diagnosis of Attention Deficit Disorder/Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.


What you will receive:

  • Access to an online platform to complete a comprehensive developmental history questionnaire.


  • Initial Assessment Consultation to understand the goals of your/your child's assessment, and review your/your child's social, emotional and developmental history.


  • Psychological Assessment - involves the completion of 4-5 psychological assessments depending on age and presentation. These psychological tools may include the Young DIVA-5 or the DIVA-5, the BRIEF-A or BRIEF-2, the Vineland-3, the BASC, the CBCL, and/or the CONNERS-3. Depending on the assessment battery, 1-2 further psychological assessment sessions may be required (included in the below price). 


  • Detailed Assessment Report with recommendations for home, and school (if applicable).


  • Parent/Client feedback session. This provides the opportunity to have the assessment results explained in plain language and ask any questions.
