CANCELLATION POLICY

At King Psychology we require 72 hours notice to change or reschedule an appointment for any reason. 

Clients at King Psychology are able to manage their appointments by an appointment link listed in their pre-appointment text message and emails. 

This allows them reschedule an appointment to a different available time without needing to contact the clinic directly.

Clients are able to change their booking to an available date and time online up until 72 hours prior to their scheduled appointment time via their pre-appointment email link. This appointment link does not allow changes or cancellations after this period. 

Any requests for changes or cancellations directly to the clinic with 72 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur the full fee (100%) for the appointment. 

This time frame allows flexibility while allowing other clients the opportunity to book into available appointment times. It also allows the psychologist the time to adequately prepare for sessions and maintain the high quality services we provide to our clients.

Please note, Medicare Benefits are not payable on cancellations.
